I firmly believe that our city employees are the backbone of our community. Their dedication ensures our city runs smoothly, and they deserve our utmost respect and unwavering support.

As a council member, I will prioritize meeting the needs of our city employees, ensuring they have the resources and support to excel in their roles. A toxic work environment has no place in our city, and I will address every concern brought to my attention by working directly with the Mayor and City Council.

The current chain of command has let our employees down, and it's time for the city council to step up and advocate for the hardworking individuals who keep our community thriving. Their well-being is vital to our city’s success, and I am committed to being their voice and champion.
